高校图书馆员继续教育问题的探讨

　　综上所述，对图书馆员继续教育，培养一支高素质的馆员队伍，是高校图书馆建设和发展的重要保证，这就要求图书馆员必须不断学习，不断提高和完善自身素质，努力掌握新知识、新技术，不断改革创新，拓展服务领域，以满足各类读者的需要，充分体现高校图书馆的价值。

　　AbstractIn accordance with the requirements of social development and combined with the practice as a librarian,this paper illustrates the main contents in the aspects of the vocational ethics and continuous education in professional knowledge for the librarians from colleges and universities,and puts forward the ways of strengthening continuous education such as the professional ethics cultivation,the training for a job position,in-service training,expertise training and skill training as well as the guarantee approaches such as strengthening management and evaluation,developing skill contest and establishing incentive mechanism.
