浅析英语教学日记

And what didn’t they respond well to?

以上这22条是外语教师在写教学日记中应该面对和回答的问题,其中1到16是关于教学设计,教学方式和方法的反思问题,17到19是关于学生情况的问题,后三条则是关于教师自我意识和自身发展的问题｡若在日记中解决了这些问题或者更多的感想,那么日记本身的研究和促进教师成长的目的也就达到了｡但日记的内容也无需仅限制于此22条问题,这些只是建议值得反思的问题,并不是限定的唯一框架｡
此外,还有一个十分重要的问题值得探讨,即外语教师是否应该用英文写教学日记,其实笔者认为外语教师用英文写作这是一个应该引起重视的问题,作为语言教师,如果自己掌握的关于语言的知识都不扎实,那如何来教育好下一代呢?作为英语教师,其特质应该是不同于其他教师的,应该具备以下四个方面的标准(参看隋,200l,75):第一,英语教师应该具备渊博的英语知识,熟练的英语技能和英语交际的能力｡第二,英语教师要经过专业培训,同时具有英语知识､技能和能力｡第三,英语教师的教学经验很重要,是宝贵财富,对英语教授活动的成败起很大作用,是英语教师的特质之一｡第四,英语教师对英语､语言､教学理论､学说和假设具备的水平｡因此英语教师用英文写好教学日记是必须的｡
