Letting More Disabled Children Accept Education
——The Third Comment on Equity in Disabled Children Education

Abstract Letting more disabled children accept education is the necessary premise to realize equity in education. This article points out that more and more perfected system of policies， laws and regulations guarantees more disabled children to accept education; gradually increased educational investment in special schools provides powerful economic foundation for more disabled children to accept education; continuous improvement of enrolment rate and rate of going to school indicates the speed-up of the process of equity in disabled children education; continuous improvement of degree level of full-time teachers in special schools provides good teacher resources for more disabled children to accept education.
