上海市工读学校心理健康教育现状调查研究

工读学生在学校一般表现比较好，但一走出校园就可能发生问题，这就需要社会提供必要的支持与合作，努力把心理健康教育、教育辅助和社会支持等结合起来，使学校心理辅导老师、社会工作者、医生、辅导员等相关人员共同协作，对工读学生进行多方面综合的心理辅导。社会支持比单纯的心理健康教育更能收到良好的效果，这是未来工读学校心理健康教育发展的一个方向。在现阶段最现实的是可以在学校、医院、司法部门、社区等之间建立联系，制定“专家、医师巡回指导”计划[12]，相互协作来解决各校的心理健康教育师资问题。
另外，工读学校的心理健康教育工作要使学生学会自助，他们的心理与行为问题客观上已经存在，要把重心放在咨询与矫治上，工读学校的学习只有三年时间，而他们的问题已经存在许多年了，要使教育成效在学生的身上保留下来，学生必须具有较好的自制与免疫能力，如果不具备心理自助能力，走出工读学校后，很容易受消极事件的影响，在心理与行为上再度回归。

An Investigation Research on Mental Health Education of Reform Schools in Shanghai

Abstract Through the investigation to the mental health education of 10 reform schools in shanghai， we discover that reform schools all attach importance to mental health education， and have formulated the corresponding educational measures， as well as diversified concrete educational formats. But some schools do not have corresponding organizations. At the same time， they do not have sufficient teachers engaged in psychology teaching and teachers need to improve their professional level. Meanwhile， some parents do not cooperate with schools. Aiming at current situations and characteristics of mental health education in reform schools， this article proposes some suggestions and tentative plans to provide references for carrying out mental health education in reform schools.
