教师专业化背景下特殊教育一线教师的培训现状及思考

  一线教师的培训是提高其理论素质、发展技能素质和提高实践素质,促进教师专业化发展, 开发特殊学校教师资源,提高特殊教育质量的重要手段。用先进的教育理念和新课程理念置 换一线教师的传统观念,让特教理论回归教学实践并指导实践,从而推进课程改革,提高教 学效率,是培训的主要目的之一。因此,作为教师培训的主办单位和主讲专家,在培训前 应该 走出办公室,深入教学现场,认真调查研究,了解目前课改中存在的问题和一线教师的真正 需求,有针对性的变“一言堂”主讲为培训者和被训者的互动。

  The Training and Reflections of Frontline Teachers
  in Special Education in the Context of
  Teaching Professionalism

  AbstractThe quality of frontline teachers in special educa tion is directly re lated to the rights of disabled children to receive education and the quality ofspecial education. In the context of teacher professionalism, the training of f rontline special education teachers has become increasingly important in the eye s of the experts. This paper provides an overview of the training of the frontli ne special education teachers, and deduces its characteristics and major trainin g methods. The author deeply analysed the shortcomings in training the frontlinespecial education teachers, and made some constructive suggestions in special e ducation teacher training. This aims to provide some references for special educ ation development and its related policies.
