　　AbstractInternet has become part of our daily life in themodern society. Stu dies on the psychological mechanisms in the use of Internet have increasingly be come popular in psychological research. Based on personality, mental health, sel f-concept and social support，as well as other factors relating to the use of I nternet, we analysed previous findings and identified their problems. Trends infuture research were discussed.
