Analysis on America Special Teachers Loss and on its Corresponding Solutions

Abstract In recent years, the problem of special teacher loss is very serious in America, which has even become a key factor obstructing the development of special education in America. Therefore, more and more attention has been drawn to this issue. Based on the analysis of the phenomenon and causes of special teacher loss, and also on the study of countermeasures and solutions, this study seeks to provide some references for solving the special teacher shortage and loss problem in our country.
