自闭症谱系阅读障碍研究综述

6 对国内ASD学生阅读研究的启示
国内ASD的阅读研究仍是空白。其原因是多方面的：中国关于自闭症儿童的研究起步较晚，相关研究从年龄角度看，关注的仍以学龄前儿童为主，从内容的角度，仍以诊断评估、行为干预等为主；高功能自闭症和阿斯伯格症儿童的诊断到目前仍没有统一的明确的标准，关于自闭症谱系障碍儿童的学习能力和特征等的研究就更为稀少。但随着早期被诊断为自闭症谱系障碍的儿童逐渐进入正规的教育系统，参加融合教育与正常发展的同伴一起学习，我国也有必要将ASD儿童的学习相关的方面纳入研究的范畴。尤其作为学校中学习信息的主要来源，阅读更应该得到关注和重视。
对国际上ASD儿童的阅读相关研究的梳理，为国内ASD儿童的阅读研究的开展提供了以下启示：
6.1 进行中文ASD儿童的阅读特征的基础研究
中文作为表义文字系统，无论形态特点还是表音、表义的方式都与拼音文字有很大区别。国内至今还没有ASD儿童阅读的相关研究，但已有研究者就中文阅读障碍进行了研究。研究涉及特殊儿童中文阅读特征[21]，阅读的认知特征和心理学机制[22-24]，以及阅读障碍的神经科学研究[25，26]。这些研究成果为我们进行我国的自闭症儿童阅读的研究提供了许多关于中文阅读的基础知识，并提供了可供借鉴的研究方法。尤其这些研究与认知心理学和神经脑科学结合紧密，为我们今后考察国内ASD儿童阅读背后的心理和神经机制提供了方法上的借鉴。
6.2 将ASD学生的阅读研究与认知心理学和神经科学研究相结合。
了解ASD学生阅读能力的特征或模式仅仅是研究者在ASD阅读领域跨出的第一步。借鉴国际关于超阅读障碍的机制的探索方法和结论，进一步探讨造成ASD学生这种阅读能力的认知心理学机制，运用先进的脑功能研究技术探讨他们在神经方面的特异性，能够帮助我们寻找有效的阅读策略和干预方式，从而促进ASD学生进行更有效的阅读，帮助他们更好地适应学校的学习和生活。
